Without giving much in the way of details, John Salmons and his agent have announced that he will no longer be signed and traded off to the Toronto Raptors for a 2007 second-round pick. Because the Phoenix Suns signed Marcus Banks figuring Salmons was already gone, Salmons doesn’t seem to have any other offers from other teams.

Though he may still have some rehab to do and may not play for the Chinese National team, he should be able to return immediately to the Houston Rockets this season.
